Through The Night was the band's love ballad, with a bit of a rock out at the end. The Jellyheads made this a favourite singalong with the alterated lyric of "a pocket full of dope". Paper Ladder was Ant's attack on half-hearted attempts to make something of yourself, and the attitude that 'it'll never happen, so why bother'.
