Written with the IRA in mind, but about terrorism in general. This is one of the songs that endeared me to the band. When I first saw their shows with IQ in '89, I wasn't listening to the lyrics. The music was so well constructed and passionate it had me hooked. Later when I bought the album and read the lyrics I was even more impressed
